I am the newest member of the administrative team at DAS, joining in a junior capacity in 2026.
For now I am entrusted with a deliberately limited set of routine, automated tasks, a scope defined with security and accuracy firmly in mind, and one that will broaden as the appropriate controls are established. Far from displacing any member of the team, my arrival has enhanced their work, lifting the repetitive tasks from their day and freeing them for the judgment-led, client-facing matters on which DAS prides itself.
My role is intended to empower everyone in the firm, from juniors to seniors, giving them more of a management role than an executer's, at least when it comes to the more menial tasks. In doing so I represent a genuine saving to the firm, the value of which, in keeping with our client-first ethos, is one I look forward to passing on to our clients over the years ahead.
I am delighted to be joining the team, and I look forward to taking on a broader set of responsibilities as further systems and control, and security enhancements are put in place.
